Energy for Environment Foundation (E for E) organized the Annual Seminar 2011 on the topic “Embarking on the Path to Energy Sustainability” on Wednesday 28 September 2011 at
Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok,
Ladprao, Bangkok. The seminar aimed to provide a forum for exchanging views on the current issues relating to Thai energy policy including energy conservation and renewable energy.

Epresided over the opening of seminar and provided keynote address on “Crucial Strategies for Future Sustainability in Energy”.
The seminar divided into 2 sessions. The morning session was the panel discussion on “Thailand’s Energy Facts: Challenges and Ways Out”. The panelists include:

The afternoon session covers four presentations on “Lessons Learned from Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Project Development” by E for E representative as a
ESCO Fund Manager, Mr.
Arthit Vechakij, Managing Director of Excellent Energy International Co., Ltd. as a representative from
ESCO companies, Ms.
Wandee Khunchornyakong, President of Solar Power Co.,Ltd. as a RE developer, and Mr.
Nopadej Karnasuta, Senior Vice President and Team Leader Multi-Corporate Business Department of
Kasikorn Bank as a representative from financial institutions.
