Energy for Environment Foundation (EFE) signed an Equity Investment Agreement on the biogas project of Northern Biogas Limited

Dr. Piyasvasti Amranand, Chairman of EforE, together with EforE staff conducted a field trip to follow up Boonchareon Green Energy Co.,Ltd. in Doembangnangbuat District of Supanburi Province on July 12, 2012.

Field Trips to Follow up True Energy Power Co.,Ltd. and Siam Solar Co.,Ltd.

Dr. Piyasvasti Amranand, Chairman of EforE, together with EforE staff conducted field trips to follow up two renewable energy projects co-invested by ESCO Fundon July 6, 2012.

EforE Exhibited at “ESCO Business Matching”

to provide advices on acquiring the support from ESCO Fund. Under the sponsorship of DEDE, the event was held by The Institute of Industrial Energy, The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Samutprakarn FTI Chapter at Summit Windmill Golf Residence at Samutprakan Province on July 5, 2012

EforE’s Signed the shareholders agreement of 5.3 MWe Biomass Power Plant of Plan Eco energy Co.,Ltd on October 7, 2011

On October 7,2011 Ms. Suwaporn Sirikoon, Chief Executive Director of Energy for Environment Foundation (E for E) and Mr. Vitool Virapornsawan with Mr.WichaiTaytiwat, the representative of Plan Ecoenergy Co.Ltd., the subsidiary of Plan Creation Co.Ltd. (called PlanToys), had signed the shareholders agreement on developing the biomass power plant project. E for E as an ESCO Fund Manager will support the project in total 40 Million Baht under the DEDE’sESCO Fund phase II.

Field Trips to Follow up the Construction of Solar Farm Project by Siam Solar Co.,Ltd. at Wangmuang District, Saraburi Province and Biomass Power Plant by True Energy Power Co.,Ltd. at Phattana Nikom District, Lopburi Province.

EforE staff had field trips to follow up two renewable energy projects, co-invested byESCO Fund on August 26, 2011. The projects include the solar farm developed by Siam Solar Co.,Ltd at Wangmuang District, Saraburi Province and the biomass power plant developed by True Energy Power Co.,Ltd at Phattana Nikom District,Lopburi Province.

Ms. Suwaporn Sirikoon, Chief Executive Director of Energy for Environment Foundation participated in inauguration ceremony of Siam Solar’s 0.9 MW PV Farm in Saraburi on 1 December 2010.

Ms. Suwaporn Sirikoon, Chief Executive Director of Energy for Environment Foundation participated in signing ceremony between Kasikorn Bank and Solar Power Co.,Ltd. on 26 October 2010.

EforE joined the signing ceremony of solar farm investment cooperation, a 6-MW

Mr. Chaya Jivacate, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the E for E, witnessed the signing of solar farm investment cooperation between Solar Power (Korat 1) Co., Ltd. and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) under World Bank Group, at the Ministry of Energy, with the presence of H.E. Dr. Wannarat Channukul, Minister of Energy, to preside over the signing ceremony.
