| EforE’s Signed the shareholders agreement of 5.3 MWe Biomass Power Plant of Plan Eco energy Co.,Ltd on October 7, 2011 |
On October 7,2011 Ms. Suwaporn Sirikoon, Chief Executive Director of Energy for Environment Foundation (E for E) and Mr. Vitool Virapornsawan with Mr.Wichai Taytiwat, the representative of Plan Ecoenergy Co.Ltd., the subsidiary of Plan Creation Co.Ltd. (called PlanToys), had signed the shareholders agreement on developing the biomass power plant project. E for E as an ESCO Fund Manager will support the project in total 40 Million Baht under the DEDE’sESCO Fund phase II.
The 5.3 MW biomass power plant uses root from rubber tree as its main fuel. The plant locates in Trang province which uses root from rubber tree as its main fuel. E for E as an ESCO Fund Manager will support the project in total 40 Million Baht under the DEDE’s ESCO Fund phase II project. |
