    The EforE Committee has the authority and duty to determine the E for E policy and to ensure that the implementation is carried out pursuant to the said policy, including overseeing financial matters and assets of the Foundation so that overall operations would be accomplished in compliance with the objectives set forth. Moreover, the E for E Committee is in charge of setting regulations on the E for E operation.
